I loved seeing all the characters of the other books in this one. I loved seeing all my favourite characters, I've had a picture of them in my mind of what I thought they looked like, but seeing them imagined by someone else was really cool. I don't really have much to compare it to, but I would say that the illustrator was able to portray the story very well. I'm not used to the two elements, the visual and the written, but I think that it was well done. Like I mentioned, this is one of my first graphic novels so I wasn't sure how it would go. Told through blue-hued drawings and witty commentary, Meyer continues her series from a new point of view. With the help of a new member of the core group, a handsome guard named Kinney, Iko works to prove herself to the gang and the rest of the world. It takes place a few months after the end of the series, picking up where things left off. The story follows Iko, everyone's favourite sassy android, as she tries to track down the rogue wolf soldiers leftover from Queen Levana's reign.
